In most cases there is no charge for a local onsite evaluation and email quote within our service area. Occasionally there is a small charge for quotes outside of our service area. Any estimation fee is subtracted from your quote total if you decide to work with me.
After setting a convenient time we will meet on site to evaluate your project. I will listen to your vision of what you want to accomplish and give you my input as to any other possibilities or options you may have. If you have blueprints for the project I will need to have copies to take with me for quotation purposes. Depending on the project type the plumbing and electrical systems will be investigated to make sure they are functioning properly, are up the current building code requirements, are energy efficient and present no safety concerns. We’ll discuss fixtures and finishes, come up with a lighting and plumbing plan, and determine any needed relocation work. I will give you as much or as little guidance as you may need and answer any questions you may have. Lastly we will talk about the current schedule for starting and completion dates should you choose to move forward with the project.
